Return Policy and Instructions

Condition of Returned Items For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You can try on the item to see if it fits, but it must remain in a condition suitable for resale.
Return Shipping Costs Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping costs. To ensure that your return is processed smoothly, please provide a tracking link for your shipment. We require this tracking information to process your refund.
Non-Returnable Items Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as intimate or sanitary goods.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
