FAQ
How do your jackets fit?
Our jackets are designed for a modern, tailored fit. Not too loose, not too tight. If you're between sizes or prefer layering underneath, we recommend sizing up. You’ll find a size chart on every product page, just above the Add to Cart button. It includes measurements to help you find your perfect fit.
What materials are used in your jackets?
Most of our jackets are made from high-quality PU leather, a durable and cruelty-free alternative to genuine leather that offers the same bold look without the heavy weight or upkeep. We also use materials like cotton blends, sherpa linings, and technical fabrics depending on the style. Every piece is built for comfort, structure, and long-term wear.
How long do your jackets last for?
With proper care, your leather jacket is built to last for years. PU leather is known for its durability and resistance to cracking or peeling when maintained correctly. As long as you avoid exposing it to excessive moisture, heat, or rough abrasion, your jacket should keep its shape, color, and edge season after season.
How do I care for my jacket?
To keep your jacket looking its best, we recommend wiping it clean with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, or using harsh chemicals, as they can damage the material. For PU leather styles, use a soft cloth and mild soap if needed, then air dry away from direct heat or sunlight. Always check the care label inside your jacket for specific instructions.
How long before I can get my order?
We deliver to both the US and Australia in 7 to 10 days (calendar days). Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other major payment methods. You can also pay in 4 interest-free installments with Afterpay.
