Return and Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can request a return by sending us an email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The tags must be left attached. You can wear the item to find out if the size is correct and there are no issues with the quality.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@axelwears.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges 

We accept exchanges to a different size, model or color. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Then we will immediately ship you the new order. We will also make an offer to cover the return costs for you. Every situation will be discussed by email and agreed to by both parties.

Damages and defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution. You will not pay any return costs in this situation.

Refunds 

You can return your order for any reason and get a refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund is processed. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your balance.
